firstk is operated by Lucas Khawali, an individual, located at Rua Rubens Robertoni, 86 — Jundiaí, SP. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

firstk provides an educational developmental screening tool (FADA) that generates personalized guidance and activities based on the answers you provide. It is not a medical service or clinical diagnosis and does not replace evaluation by a health professional.

To use certain features you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Access to paid features requires a plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to content is granted according to the plan purchased and the conditions shown at checkout.

All firstk content, brand, text, activities and software are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to the operator or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and non-transferable license to use the service.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the content without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, copy or improperly exploit the platform.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third parties' rights.

firstk results are educational and informational and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. See the Medical Disclaimer for details, and always consult a health professional with any concern.

We offer a 7-day guarantee, detailed in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, firstk is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
