Refunds & Cancellation Policy

You have 7 days from your purchase to request a 100% refund, with no need to explain why. If you do not love firstk, we give your money back.

Because the purchase is made online (outside a physical store), you also have the right of withdrawal set out in art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, within 7 days.

Just email lucas.khawali@gmail.com mentioning the account used for the purchase. We require no forms and no justification.

Refunds are processed through Stripe, the same payment method used for the purchase. Once confirmed, the amount returns to your card or payment method within the timeframe set by your card issuer or financial institution.

You may stop using the service at any time. Refund requests made after the 7-day period are reviewed case by case but are not covered by the unconditional guarantee.
